It is coated with a interesting combination of saut�ed garlic, onions, ginger, plus curry, paprika, cumin, thyme, cloves and more! Excellent dish.
As suggested in cookbook, I paired it with 2 other Ethiopian dishes, Ye'abesha Gomen (saut�ed and braised collard greens) and Ethiopian Millet (which contains tomatoes, onion, ginger and spices).
The collards are tender and delicious and the Mushroom Tibs and millet work beautifully with it.
